Campaign development and execution

The Protect & Connect campaign was founded to highlight the devastating impact of legislation on small landowners and site-owners across the United Kingdom. Changes to the Electronic Communications Code included in the Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (PSTI) Bill will leave thousands of farmers, community groups, amateur sports clubs, churches, hospitals and small business owners out of pocket. Raising public awareness of their plight by placing their stories at the heart of the Parliamentary debate about the Bill was vital in order to ensure decision-makers can take informed decisions. Over 100 news articles, opinion pieces and interviews have been published or broadcast on the UK’s flagship news and consumer rights programmes and in the local, trade and national media.
